Slavko Rozic graduated from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, worked at Iskra Delta and Adria Airways, where he began to use Oracle software, and then joined Oracle in 1994 as a presales specialist. Soon he moved to support, where he became the leader of a local support team. Later he took over the management of support in the region. After Oracle Support globalized, he took over the care of the most important Oracle customers in the region. He holds position of Director of Oracle support and leads the regional team for customer management in the region. On top of this role he is working as a Advanced Customer Services sales person for several top accounts. In his customer management role he participates regularly with presentations at Oracle Users events in the region.
